BEFORE YOU APPLY
Applications are submitted through our online vendor application system.
Each event has its own application period, deadlines, and requirements.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Vendors are responsible for their own tables and chairs

Available at select events; may require additional fee
Water Availability
Varies by event and venue — confirmed in vendor packet
Ice Availability
Varies by event — vendors encouraged to bring their own
Parking
Vendor parking instructions provided in your event packet
Vendor Check-In
Check-in location and times provided before each event
Load-In
Scheduled load-in windows assigned per vendor
Load-Out
Vendors must remain until event close before breaking down
Booth Assignments
Determined by event management; requests welcome but not guaranteed
Policies
PAYMENTS & POLICIES
Vendor Fees
Booth fees vary by event type, size, and vendor category. Fees are outlined in each event application.
Payment Deadlines
Payment deadlines are specified in your acceptance notification. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated, vendor fees are non-refundable. Please review the specific event policy before applying.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Late cancellations may not be eligible for any refund or credit.
Weather Policy
Most events are held rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe. Refunds due to weather are not guaranteed.
Vendor Substitutions
Vendor substitutions are not permitted without prior written approval from Axiom Productions.
Waitlist Policy
Waitlisted vendors may be contacted if space becomes available. Waitlist status does not guarantee a spot.
No-Show Policy
Vendors who do not show up without prior notice may be disqualified from future Axiom Productions events.
